Microsoft Forms is a simple, application that lets you easily create surveys, quizzes, and polls. In educational settings, it can be used to create quizzes, collect feedback from instructors and participants, or plan class and staff activities. In nonprofit organizations, it can be used to collect client feedback, measure employee satisfaction, improve your programs, or organize various events.

Kayla Canvasser is a trainer through the Digital Transformation Center at the University of Louisville. She is a Detroit native who currently resides in Louisville. She has spent her whole career in talent acquisition, primarily focusing on technology.
